Hi! I'm Fay, it's nice to meet you! 
 

Did you know... Fay  means "fairy or elf"? They're one of my favorite creatures! Hence the little fairy on my site. Like the fairies, I have been designing and creating all my life in one form or another. In my twenties, I studied culinary arts, gourmet cooking as well as hospitality. In my thirties, I was a professional cake designer and baker, and after that went on to other adventures. In 2015 my husband and I moved to Trent Hills, Ontario. We bought an old 1870's farmhouse with nine beautiful acres and the adventure in hobby farming began. We love the idea of becoming as self-sustaining as possible as well as eating clean and natural. We live with our dogs, cats, horses, chickens and two ducks, Ginger and Pebbles. 

One day while working in the greenhouse/garden I found myself thinking about indulging my creative passions again, doing things I love to do; creative design, baking, cooking and gardening.... So here we are! Our website and online store is just getting started and I will be adding more pictures/products to my site as well. I will be attending local artisan fairs and shows throughout the coming months to improve my creativity & skills. Because we live in such a richly diversified area for farming and talented artisans, I will try to utilize as many natural and local supplies as possible, always making quality and freshness a priority. In addition, I promise to keep you updated about what shows/markets we will be at next. Please follow, like and share on our social media accounts to be kept up to date. We are just getting started so, some of our products are still to come.
